All of the content published on xsites.network consists of editorial reviews, textual descriptions, category listings and hyperlinks to third-party websites.

XSITES does not produce, host, upload, store or transmit any sexually explicit visual content. We are not a producer, primary or secondary, as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, of any visual depiction accessible through the websites listed in this directory.

Accordingly, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to this website.

Where the records are held

Any visual depiction appearing on a third-party website listed here is the sole responsibility of the operator of that website. Each such operator is independently required to maintain records under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where that statute applies to them, and to publish its own compliance statement and custodian of records designation.

That designation is published on the third-party site itself, ordinarily in the footer or on a dedicated page. If you are looking for records relating to specific content, you must request them from the operator of the site hosting that content, not from us.

Site icons and thumbnails

Where this directory displays a site icon, it is the favicon published by that website for identification purposes. We do not display sexually explicit imagery from the sites we list.

Age verification of performers

We list only sites that state a policy of verifying that all performers appearing in their content were at least 18 years of age at the time of production. Where our review of a site indicates otherwise, the site is removed from this directory.

Reporting a concern

If you believe any site listed here is not meeting its record-keeping obligations, or that content appearing on a listed site involves a person under 18 or a person who did not consent, contact us at contact@xsites.network.

Reports of this kind are treated as urgent. A listing will be removed while we review it, not after.

Content we refuse to list

XSITES does not list, and will not list, sites whose content consists of non-consensual material, including leaked private content and synthetic or "deepfake" sexual imagery of identifiable real people.
