Terms of Use
The terms under which you may use XSITES.
By accessing xsites.network you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if it is higher. By entering you confirm that you meet that requirement and that accessing adult material is lawful where you are.
What this site is
XSITES is an editorial directory. We review and link to third-party adult websites. We do not operate them, host their content, control what they publish, or process their payments.
Third-party sites
Every outbound link leaves this site. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, billing practices or data handling of any linked site.
Reviews reflect our assessment at the time of writing. Sites change ownership, pricing and content without notice, and a review that was accurate when published may not remain so. Where a review carries a "last checked" date, that date is when an automated check last succeeded — not a guarantee of the site's current state.
Pricing information
Where a review states prices, those figures were observed at the time of the review and are indicative. Prices vary by region, promotion and over time, and renewal prices frequently differ from advertised introductory prices. Always confirm the actual charge on the merchant's own checkout page before purchasing. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed site.
Affiliate disclosure
Some outbound links are affiliate links and may earn us a commission. This does not affect scores, rankings or review content. See About for how ranking works.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Scrape, crawl or copy this site at volume, or reproduce its reviews elsewhere
- Interfere with the operation of the site or attempt to access non-public areas
- Use the submission form to send unlawful material, spam or content you have no right to submit
- Use the site to distribute malware or for any unlawful purpose
Submissions
If you submit a site, you confirm you have the right to do so. Submission does not guarantee a listing, does not affect ranking position, and cannot be purchased. We may decline any submission without explanation.
Intellectual property
The reviews, scores, category taxonomy, design and code of this site are our own work. Site names, logos and favicons belong to their respective owners and are used for identification.
No warranty
This directory is provided as is. We make no guarantee that any listed site will be available, safe, lawful in your jurisdiction, or as described at the moment you visit it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or of any site linked from it, including any transaction you enter into with a third party.
Changes
These terms may change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
