What is GameLink?
GameLink is a licensed adult store selling video on demand, adult games and sex toys, running since the late 1990s. It carries a large licensed video catalogue alongside a games section that most adult stores do not attempt.
Its history is longer than most of its competitors'.
Why is the games catalogue unusual?
Because licensed adult games are hard to stock. The category is dominated by direct sales from developers and by Nutaku and DLsite, both reviewed in this directory, and a general adult store carrying licensed game titles is genuinely rare.
It is not a substitute for a dedicated storefront — Nutaku and DLsite both hold far more — but for someone buying video anyway, being able to add a game to the same order is a real convenience that nothing else offers.
What did we measure?
A 1,682ms response on a 68KB document — the slowest of the three VOD stores in this block, on a comparably light page. The document declares lang="en" and a mobile viewport, but served no <title> tag, meaning JavaScript assembly.
Our scan detected no advertising network and confirmed a 2257 statement, privacy policy and terms of service on the live site. DMCA did not surface.
About the platform relationship
GameLink and Adult Empire are known to be the same operation, and our measurements are consistent with that: 68KB and 69KB, identical compliance results, empty title tags on both. HotMovies returned the same pattern, which suggests a shared platform, though we record that as an observation rather than a conclusion.
For a shopper the practical consequence is that GameLink and Adult Empire are not independent alternatives — comparing them for price or catalogue is comparing two front ends.
How does the video catalogue compare?
Substantially overlapping with Adult Empire's, which follows from the above. Both carry decades of licensed material with good metadata and both let you buy or rent individual titles.
If you want the video, either works. If you want the games too, this is the one.
What are the drawbacks?
The slowest response of the three stores, an interface that shows its age, and a games catalogue that is small next to a dedicated storefront. The toys section is functional but not competitive with a specialist retailer like Lovehoney.
Should you use it?
If you want video and games in one licensed transaction, it is the only real option. For video alone, it and Adult Empire are effectively the same store, so pick on price. For games alone, Nutaku and DLsite are both far deeper.
