What is PornMD and how does it work?
PornMD is a meta search engine for porn. You enter a query once and it fans that query out across the major tube networks, merging the results into a single grid with each thumbnail labelled by its source. Clicking takes you to the host site. It hosts no video itself and requires no account.
For a specific search — a performer name, a very particular scenario — this finds the good copy faster than checking four tubes in sequence.
Is PornMD better than searching a tube directly?
For specific queries, yes. A single tube can only show you what it hosts; a meta search shows you which tube has the best copy. Results are deduplicated reasonably well, and the source label lets you skip hosts you already know you dislike.
For browsing, no. There is no front page worth exploring and no curation. This is a tool you arrive at with a query, not a place you spend time.
What are PornMD's limitations?
Coverage is capped at the networks it partners with, so it is not searching the whole web — an obscure clip on a small site will not appear. Beyond the query itself there are no filters: no duration, no resolution, no date. And you cannot exclude a source you dislike, only ignore it visually.
Does PornMD have a live search feature?
Yes. It shows what other people are searching for, broken down by country and updated continuously. It is a genuine curiosity rather than a utility, and it is the one thing on the site people share.
How bad are the ads on PornMD?
Minimal. It is a thin routing layer and it behaves like one — a couple of slots, nothing intrusive, no pre-roll because there is no player.
Is PornMD safe to use?
Yes. It hosts nothing, stores nothing behind an account, and routes you to mainstream tubes rather than obscure hosts. The safety of what you find afterwards is the destination site's responsibility, not PornMD's.
