What is Babepedia?
Babepedia is a free performer database covering adult performers and glamour models, with biographical entries, physical details, filmographies, galleries and community ratings. It is community-editable in the manner of a wiki, with moderation.
It sits between FreeOnes and IAFD in what it tries to be.
How fast is it, really?
Our check measured a 129ms response on a 62KB document. That is the fastest first-byte time of any site we have measured for this directory — quicker than Hanime.tv's 100ms was for its category and faster than every tube, studio, cam site and database we tested in this batch.
For context: FreeOnes, its closest competitor, served 1,928KB — thirty times the page weight — at 763ms. Same job, thirty times the payload, six times the wait.
That difference is not a curiosity. On a database you use by jumping between entries, response time is the entire experience.
Is the data any good?
Solid rather than authoritative. Biographical entries are reasonably complete for mainstream performers, physical details are consistent, and galleries are extensive. Filmographies are present but thinner than IAFD's, which remains the stricter source for credits.
Community editing means occasional errors and occasional gaps, and the same currency problem every database in this category has: entries for performers who stopped working tend to stop being updated.
What did the compliance scan find?
A 2257 statement, DMCA policy and privacy policy confirmed on the live site, with terms not surfacing. Three of four for a free database is a good result, and our scan detected no advertising network in the page source.
The document declares lang="en" and a mobile viewport, and the layout works properly on a phone.
How does it compare to the alternatives?
FreeOnes has the deeper archive and a much heavier page. IAFD is stricter on filmography data and blocked our check entirely. Babepedia is the fastest, has the best galleries of the three, and is the weakest on credits.
For a quick lookup — who is this, what do they look like, what else is there — it is the best tool. For a rigorous filmography, it is not.
Should you use it?
As a first stop for performer lookup, yes, and the speed genuinely changes how usable it is. When you need credits to be right, cross-check against IAFD.
